The folks closest to us may be extremely helpful or they could be very negative. It is very important always have constructive, helpful friends and family around you that will help you with your anxiety.. This could additionally mean that you may have to let some of your  unsupportive buddies go. Which may be difficult, but it is going to be for the most effective in the long run. As managing anxiety is what you want so you are able to get your life back on track
